Who can register?
Any travel agency or independent travel seller in India. One login is one agency. Our team approves each application before the catalogue opens.
What happens after I register?
Your account is marked pending while we review it. Once approved you log in and see every package at agent rates.
What is the difference between the agent rate and the published rate?
The agent rate is what you pay us. The published rate is what a traveller pays on glacialadventures.in. Both come from us for every package and date.
How does markup work?
You add an amount or a percentage on top of the agent rate for each booking, or leave it at zero. We calculate the client-facing total and show it on the voucher.
How do I pay?
Through our online payment gateway, in full or as a deposit with the balance due before travel. A booking stays payment pending until the gateway confirms.
What does my client receive?
A PDF voucher or quote with your agency's name, the itinerary and one total. Nothing on it names Glacial Adventures as the seller.
Can I customise an itinerary?
Not yet. Every package is sold as listed. Packages marked customisable on our website are shown to agents as fixed for now.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Registration is free and there is no subscription.
